MODIFICATIONS, CONVERSIONS, HISTORY
Bought as a result of a "sell it now" offer, this TR7 has a remarkably original, complete interior. The paintwork is crazing badly, probably a result of the "Ming" treatment advertised on several little circular stickers on the windows. It has the original 2 litre motor and 5 speed transmission. I have heard much about TR7s, all of it bad! So what is the reality? The 7 is enormous fun! It steers like it is on rails, handles brilliantly and goes... er... acceptably. Sort of.
For a Triumph it is very modern. The rest of the motoring world has finally caught up with its aerodynamic styling so it still looks great.
