MODIFICATIONS, CONVERSIONS, HISTORY
I bought the car in 2001 from my Mum. She had the car for a few years before that. Only one other owner. Original colour was Royal Blue, first owner must have resprayed it (badly) in red. Mostly original as far as I know, but engine has been changed to a Vitesse unit at some point and it has alloy wheels. I have just maintained it without significant modifiation. Needs a lot of TLC (or a complete rebuild!?).
***Update 24 July 2003***: Having recently failed it's MOT due to excessive rusting in the floor pans (i.e. you can see the road!) it is now off the road. I just have to save up some cash and courage to start the rebuild.
