MODIFICATIONS, CONVERSIONS, HISTORY
Complete frame off resto-mod. Chassis sandblasted, finished with Eastwood epoxy primer, 2K ceramic chassis black paint. Suspension components powder coated. Body mods: All previous paint stripped. Eastwood epoxy primer. Rat Rod Black paint. Shaved door handles, LED side markers. Euro style headlights, behind the grille mounted driving lights. Custom front grille. Raydot side mirrors. Engine: .020 overbore. 9.8 to 1 compression, Align bored. All rotating parts polished & balanced. TR6 dual timing chain. Harland Sharp 1.55 roller rockers on tuftrided rocker shaft. Dual valve springs. TSI 275-4 Cam, Head, port & polish. 3 angle valve job. Weber 38 DGEV Syncronus carb. Pertronix ignition. ARP hardware. Alloy crank pulley. 4 to 1 header. TSI Gear reduction starter. Custom Griffin aluminum radiator with 10" puller electric fan. Suspension: Poly bush front , rear and Diff. 9 Inch 330lb front springs. Rebuilt stock rear spring. Spax shocks front and rear. Aluminun solid steering rack mounts. Brakes: DBA cross drilled and slotted front rotors with EBC Green Stuff pads. Speed Bleeders. DOT 5 fluids. Stainless Steel braided flex lines. Wheels: Superlight 15" alloys with B.F.Goodrich G-Force Sport tires 195/50 R15. Interior: Stock seats , G-Force 5-point Harness. Autopower racing roll bar. Fire extinguisher. Custom dash with Autometer, Phantom gauges. Innovate, wide band air/fuel ratio meter. Push button E-stop remote battery disconnect. 13" Grant steering wheel with integrated pushbuttons for horn and overdrive. RCI 12 gallon fuel cell with a Carter 4psi electric fuel pump. Electrics: Painless 12 circuit Distribution center. Custom wiring harness with 40 amp relays for all functions. Optima Red Top battery. Projects in motion but not yet implemented include MegaSquirt fuel injection with crank fired ignition.
