removed engine and replaced with 2009 for increase to 1050cc
recut dash to accomodate new guages and firmware electronics of touring computer and displays.
slimmed throttle body axis by removing one side of the blade and machined leading edge of butterfly discs for slimmer profile.
removed a casting imperfection of the throttle body bore to smooth out the bores internal surface and thereby increase flow on intake
Lowered front of bike on the forks by 13mm to increase turn in and steering response. Also provided better height clearance as I am 5’6″
upgraded tail light to include high intensity red LEDs and clear ones for reg plate bulb
moved EFI computer to front fairing to allow more under seat storage
place LED lights under seat
Put glove box from 2009 model onto 2004 fairings as it had integrated fuse box that was removed from underseat
put heated seat and backrest panels under upholstery
put new brake disc and wheel bearings from 2009 low mileage wreck.
put higher handlebars from 2009 model for greater comfort on long rides
put new 6th gear into new motor for better highway cruising like on the sprint GT
uprated headlights to xenon 130watts/90watts
remapped computer for more ignition advance and more fuel for increased intake work
remapped computer for more economy when not under load – 16:1 air fuel ratio for cruising economy in this tourer bike.
Michellin Pilot Road 3 tyres for increase confidence in turns and wet.
made backrest, with colour coded back plate and Triumph emblem.
125kw at the rear wheels is capable with a few more small mods. currently has 115kw for 320kgs including my weight and all bike fluids.

Its nice to ride a new Triumph but I love the classics.
This bike has the big exhaust and Green colour reminiscent of the English Classic Vehicles.
